2. Independent Veterinary Providers

Veterinary care arranged through Teddy’s Vet is performed by independent veterinary professionals or veterinary clinics.

These providers are responsible for:

• examinations

• diagnoses

• treatments

• surgery

• prescriptions and medical recommendations

Teddy’s Vet does not supervise or control medical decisions and cannot guarantee medical outcomes.

3. Cross-Border Veterinary Care Disclosure

Veterinary services coordinated through Teddy’s Vet may be performed in Mexico by licensed veterinary professionals.

Clients acknowledge that:

• veterinary regulations may differ from those in the United States

• treatment protocols and available medications may vary

• pricing structures may differ from U.S. veterinary clinics

By requesting services, clients acknowledge and accept these differences.

4. Pet Transportation Services

Teddy’s Vet may coordinate transportation services for pets between locations, including cross-border transportation.

Transportation may be provided by:

• affiliated transport providers

• third-party transportation services

Final charges may vary depending on:

8. Client Responsibilities
